The Grant Application Progress with DLCD and METRO intended to raise funds for these purposes:
A Code Audit by a contracted professional to analyze the current Rivergrove Land Use Ordinances for compliance with current federal, state and local laws.
A Community Outreach effort to survey the residents of Rivergrove for a broader vision of the future of our city.
A Full upgrade of our Comprehensive Code and Land Use Ordinances applying the Model Code for Small Cities format currently undergoing updates (est. launch 2025)
